Formerly operating as Enterprise Electric, we’ve completed thousands of projects across the United States. Come join our 600+ employees across the southeast today. We are looking for a Site Safety Manager for a new healthcare project in Bowling Green KY.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct jobsite safety inspections; walk the job daily.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Implement, enforce and monitor disciplinary actions for safety violations.
• Keep records of all safety incidents and employee safety violations and forward copies to Safety Manager.
• Assist field supervisors with implementation and enforcement of safety requirements.
• Train field supervisors on Company safety requirements, implementation and enforcement.
• Train field supervisors on STOP Program.
• Assist field supervisors with all OSHA record keeping, accident investigations and reporting.
• Assist with workmen’s compensation claims as needed.
• Assist in job site safety meetings and new hire onboarding.
• Assist in the creation and updating of safety policies and training courses.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical construction or related construction fields
• Previous experience in Safety positions
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
