IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks a Site Safety Manager in Austell, GA. The role delivers safety training, OSHA certifications, and fleet-safety instruction to employees across sites, with travel as needed.

The candidate will maintain training records, contribute to safety inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. This is onsite work with opportunities to impact safety culture and operational outcomes.

Formación

• OSHA-500 or OSHA-501 certification required.
• 3+ years in construction safety; industrial/utility exposure a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA, state and federal safety rules and electrical construction practices.
• Proficient computer and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and field staff.
• Maintain driving qualifications per IES Fleet Safety Program.
• Must pass pre-employment background and MVR checks.

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a Site Safety Manager, Austell, GA.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

• Conducts training on safety, technical skills, compliance with IES safety policies and procedures, accident prevention techniques, and operation of motorized equipment.
• Delivers OSHA 10 & 30 certification, new employee orientation, and other safety training as needed and/or required by IES, OSHA, state or local safety standards
• Provides IES fleet safety training to all drivers
• Develops and prepares training materials and presentations
• Maintains tracking database on each employee's training
• Participates in safety inspection processes; assists management in ensuring all violations are corrected immediately
• Assists with maintaining safety files in compliance with IES, OSHA, and other regulatory organization guidelines
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• OSHA-500 or OSHA-501 Certification
• 3 or more years recent experience in construction safety; commercial, industrial, or utility line electrical or heavy equipment experience a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA, state, federal safety regulations and electrical construction industry practices
• Proficient computer and communication skills (written, verbal)
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and field employees
• Maintain driving qualifications as required per IES Fleet Safety Program
• Successfully pass pre‑employment (post offer) background check and MVR check
