Job summary

Instrata, LLC is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects and mission-critical environments. You will own site safety programs, partner with project managers and field crews, and drive risk-based actions to prevent incidents while ensuring regulatory and customer standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety or field safety leadership.
• Experience in data centers, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Experience conducting JHAs, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Strong ability to read and interpret safety procedures, standards, and site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage site safety activities across active projects and field operations.
• Perform regular inspections to verify compliance and identify risks.
• Implement corrective actions for unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and determine root causes.
• Provide safety reporting to leadership and participate in audits.
