Holder Construction Company is currently seeking a proven hourly safety professional for our project located in Manassas, VA.

Successful candidate will monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies and assist with various facets of the project’s safety program.

Qualifications include formal training in scaffolding competent person, crane management, steel erection, emergency response, fall management, excavation and confined space, rigging, hazardous waste, NFPDS/erosion control, and identifying and correcting safety deficiencies in the field.

A solid background in construction safety, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all craft workers in a construction environment is essential.

Hours may change and you may be asked to work overtime or weekends with short notice. Punctuality and promptness are required every day. Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able overtime and weekend hours.
