Electra Link, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to lead safety on a large Midlothian, TX project. This field-based role will partner with project leadership, field crews, subcontractors, and the customer to uphold a safe, compliant work environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on construction safety experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and readiness to spend most of the day in the field. This on-site role emphasizes daily safety presence and proactive hazard control.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification.
• OSHA 510 certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience conducting field safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Experience delivering safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Midlothian, TX.
• Ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders and stairs, work outdoors, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a strong daily safety presence on the assigned jobsite.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, and potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, Electra Link policies, and customer/site-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct new hire/site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Review JSAs/JHAs and assist field teams with hazard recognition and corrective actions.
• Monitor PPE, fall protection, ladders, lifts, tools, housekeeping, and other construction safety practices.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, and property damage and assist with root‑cause analysis.
• Document safety observations, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Maintain required safety records, training documentation, and certifications.
• Participate in general contractor and customer safety meetings.
• Coach employees and supervisors on safe work practices and reinforce accountability.
• Exercise stop‑work authority when an imminent safety hazard is identified.
• Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory safety audits.

Site Safety Coordinator

Electra Link is seeking an experienced Site Safety Coordinator to support a large-scale project in Midlothian, Texas. This field-based role will serve as the primary onsite safety resource, working closely with project leadership, field employees, subcontractors, and the customer to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on construction safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and is comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field.

What You'll Do
