Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan is looking for a Site Safety Specialist in Fallsington, Bucks County, to enhance our Health and Safety Management System. In this full-time role, you'll drive continuous improvement efforts and promote a robust Safety First culture.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. We offer competitive medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting health and safety programs in an industrial environment.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify and reduce hazards.
• Participate in investigations of incidents and near-misses.

Skills

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations

Experience conducting safety audits and inspections

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field

Tools

EHS Insight or similar safety management software
