Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks an Administrative Specialist / Safety Affairs Specialist to support site operations with a primary focus on safety affairs in a manufacturing or field environment.

About 70% of the role involves safety-related duties, including patrols, compliance checks, documentation, and follow-up coordination. The remaining 30% covers general administrative tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, and basic reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience for entry-level positions.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with business email platforms and office equipment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety patrols and ensure PPE compliance in designated areas.
• Document safety observations, incidents, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate safety training and track completion and acknowledgments.
• Assist incident response with collecting information and organizing files.
• Maintain safety records, logs, and inspection checklists.
• Provide general administrative support and arrange staff travel.
• Prepare periodic safety reports and perform basic data analysis.
• Support site access, visitor coordination, and safety communications.
