Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (RAPTOR) to bolster HPC and high-performance compute platforms used in rocket engine development. You will optimize server, storage, networks, and interconnects while collaborating with propulsion, IT, and facilities teams for reliable operations.

You will deploy and troubleshoot computational tools such as ANSYS and StarCCM+ and design scalable infrastructure to accelerate engineering work in a dynamic, strictly regulated

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on with hardware, software, networking, virtualization, and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/math or 2+ years software development in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server software.

Responsibilities

• Manage server infrastructure, HPC systems, storage systems, networks, and high-speed interconnects (Infiniband).
• Design, procure, and integrate infrastructure systems.
• Work with propulsion engineering to solve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with company-wide infrastructure and IT teams.
• Support deployment of ANSYS, StarCCM+, manufacturing software for performance.
