Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to advance reliability, observability, and developer autonomy as we scale our platform. You’ll partner with product and platform teams to improve stability and design for reliability from the start.

You’ll contribute to incident response practices, service health metrics, and shared tooling. A strong candidate will influence technical direction across teams and promote autonomous, reliable services.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in software development, SRE, DevOps, or production roles.
• Proficiency with cloud-native platforms and IaC concepts.
• Experience operating production systems with strong incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js is a plus.
