Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Linux, scripting and automation for production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and monitoring/observability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 observability: monitor production systems and services around the clock.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for issue assessments and workarounds.
• Deploy services and configuration changes using CI/CD tools.
• Apply security patches and upgrades; assist with issue resolution with product support.
