Job summary

C-Serv is seeking a SRE/DevOps engineer for 24/7 FedRAMP operations in a hybrid rotation. The role requires US citizenship and US soil residency with availability for overnight/weekend shifts. You will monitor in real time, perform rapid triage, and ensure secure, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include log-based root cause analysis, CVE remediation, STIG hardening, and smooth deployment on a FedRAMP-authorised cloud. A strong Linux background and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SRE/DevOps, systems administration, or cloud support experience.
• Solid Linux administration (RHEL/Amazon Linux/Ubuntu) and bash/Python scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, AWS core services, and L4/L7 load balancing troubleshooting.
• Prometheus, Grafana, and Slack-based ChatOps experience.
• US citizenship and US-soil residency with availability for overnight/weekend rotations.

24/7 FedRAMP Operations Rotational Shift Hybrid

KEY REQUIREMENT

This role requires US citizenship and residence on US soil. It sits within a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment, so FedRAMP suitability and US-soil-only eligibility are non-negotiable, not preferred.

Eyes on glass. Hands on the pipeline. Real ownership from day one.

This isn’t a watch-and-wait monitoring seat. Our client needs engineers who can read a Kibana query at 3am, know the difference between a blip and a breach, and act on it, on a FedRAMP-authorised cloud platform that genuinely can’t afford downtime.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
