As a Site Reliability Engineer II, a part of the Operational Support Systems (OSS) organization under the Security & Distributed Cloud organization, you will ensure all infrastructure is functioning properly and securely to support the business operations and F5 products and services. This position is focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and requires the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve issues, configure and maintain systems, automate workflows, and create and update documentation regularly to ensure clarity and operational continuity. • Ticket Management: Resolve IAM-related tickets via Jira and ServiceNow, meeting SLA requirements and ensuring high-quality resolutions.
  • Automation and Workflow Optimization: Write and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, Selenium, or PowerShell to automate provisioning, compliance reporting, and repetitive IAM tasks such as access management updates.

  • Documentation: Write and maintain clear and thorough documentation for IAM workflows, automation scripts, pipeline configurations, and system troubleshooting processes to ensure operational clarity for the team.
  • Identity Provider Migrations & Consolidation: Assist in Identity Provider (IdP) migrations for systems such as Okta and Entra ID, and consolidate duplicative IAM systems as part of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Ensure scalability, availability, and security during integration efforts.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Deploy monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, to track IAM system health and resolve potential risks before they impact operations.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent escalations and restoring services quickly for IAM-related outages.
