Задачи:

• Act as a technical leader across site reliability, platform architecture, and infrastructure scaling
• Bridge product, development, and operations, enabling cross-functional collaboration and scaling business operations
• Guide technical strategy across Kubernetes, cloud systems, SRE practices, and modern software development
• Ensure the platform is a robust, reliable, and secure foundation for future growth
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges
• Lead the platform’s transition to the agentic era, driving AI agent operations and development
• Adapt industry standards for Kubernetes, public cloud, and distributed systems to the platform’s scaling needs
• Support business goals through initiatives such as migrating legacy services to Kubernetes, improving self-service capabilities, and improving product reliability as products scale to more customers
• Shape and build reliable, scalable multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure for AI agent interactions and developer tools
• Improve system and application performance observability, including the use of OpenTelemetry and observability platforms
• Advise on database selection, scaling, and management; run proofs of concept to expand internal self-service offerings
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to system incidents, and maintain product reliability

Требования:

• Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud environments in a platform, SRE, or architecture team, with a focus on self-service capabilities and user experience
• Experience with agentic development and operations, while maintaining independent judgment
• Deep experience architecting complex distributed systems and developing long-term strategies
• Experience guiding teams in breaking down monolithic applications and migrating them to Kubernetes
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including networking and security across clouds
• Direct experience building or operating observability platforms, especially integrating OpenTelemetry with infrastructure and services
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, inference workloads, AI agent frameworks, and platform capabilities for agentic operations and development
• Software development background in Go or Python, with the ability to prototype and write quality code
• Experience deploying and operating relational and NoSQL databases in production cloud-native environments, preferably on Kubernetes
• Extensive Infrastructure-as-Code experience and experience promoting self-service through developer portals such as Backstage
• Будет плюсом: architecting and operating agentic platforms, including agentic runtime infrastructure, secure tool-use governance, model/provider abstraction layers, and observability for multi-agent workflows; Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic memory layers, and token cost tracking; building and promoting a platform-as-a-product for internal developer customers; FinOps and cost-efficient architecture; cloud security, threat modeling, network security, and identity management; reusable, scalable IaC with Terraform modules or Crossplane Compositions; open-source contributions in the cloud-native space
