About the Role:
Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and building resilient systems? We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our fast-expanding, multicultural DevOps Application Support team. This globally dispersed group supports high-impact digital products, and you'll be at the centre of it all, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless delivery.
In this role, you’ll represent IT Production within development teams, oversee deployment of digital products, and manage the infrastructure that powers them. You’ll also facilitate collaboration between DevOps, SRE, Product, Cloud, and Service Management teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support digital product development and infrastructure operations from design to deployment
- Act as a bridge between DevOps, SRE, Product, and Cloud teams
- Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines; drive automation with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, ARM templates
- Enforce compliance with critical ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Partner with Service Management and Managed Service Providers on continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement lasting solutions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and operational excellence
- Participate in global on-call rotations and proactively communicate system status
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in designing and operating high-performance, secure, multi-tenant cloud services supporting a CI/CD model.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure
- Strong skills in AKS, Docker, PowerShell, Bash, ARM templates, and CI/CD practices
- Development background in Java, NodeJS, Python, C#, or similar
- Solid grasp of networking, security, and system architecture fundamentals
- Familiar with data formats (XML, JSON) and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and process management
- Great communicator comfortable working with remote, global teams
- Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-700)or willingness to certify within 6 months
- MLOps exposure is a bonus
