This is about stepping into a high-growth SaaS company serving some of the most security-conscious industries in the world - financial services, healthcare, and insurance - and helping build the backbone of a mission-critical DevSecOps platform.

I'm looking for a Senior Site Reliability / DevSecOps Engineer who knows what it takes to build secure, scalable, and resilient systems - someone who thrives where development, security, and operations intersect.

You won’t just fix the process — you’ll help redesign it.

This is a role for someone who sees infrastructure as a product, and holds security at the forefront of their decision making process.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
• Building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
• Monitoring and improving performance and availability across environments
• Troubleshooting incidents and driving root cause analysis
• Working with engineering teams to bake in reliability from day one
• Automating manual workflows and mentoring teammates along the way
• Participating in on-call rotation (weekends and holidays may be included)

What I'm looking for:

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps roles
• Deep experience with AWS (GCP/Azure nice to have), plus 3+ years with Kubernetes
• Strong Terraform/IaC and CI/CD background
• Solid scripting in Bash and Python
• Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Understanding of secure environments and compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (this is non-negotiable)

• Location: 100% Remote (US-based only)
• Start: ASAP
• Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 depending on experience
