Genesis10 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a 12+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution in Pennington, NJ. You will operate hands-on across the stack to improve observability, reliability, and efficiency while driving modernization and cloud migration.

Responsibilities include monitoring core infrastructure, implementing automation, building internal tools, leading incident response, and collaborating on platform modernization and cloud migration.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on Django and REST API development.
• Strong MySQL/database skills.
• Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Infrastructure engineering and automation background.
• Experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability and monitoring experience (Dynatrace preferred).
• Experience working in large-scale production environments.
• Azure and/or AWS cloud experience.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role joins a team responsible for the reliability and operational health of a large-scale trading platform. The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will operate hands-on across the stack to improve platform and application observability, drive reliability improvements, and deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency across Global Markets. This position will work closely with core teams to execute platform modernization, cloud migration, harden production systems, and evolve support tooling.

Requirements:

Desired skills:

Pay range: $50.35 - $58.35 per hour
