Job description

Our Client is looking for a qualified Site Reliability Engineer to help bolster their platform and ability to provide support in a round the clock fashion amongst the entire team.

The right person will have skills in troubleshooting cloud environments and is comfortable working in a remote setting. Experience with Python, Java and Linux systems preferred and prior experience as a SRE helpful. Automating workflows to improve performance and reliability.

The SRE team operates 24/7. Candidates must be able to work 1am cst - 9am cst OR 6am cst -3pm cst and must be able to work a weekend day.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience as a SRE/DevOps Engineer
• Experience with cloud environment (AWS, Azure)
• Strong troubleshooting and automation experience
• Experience with Python and/or Java on Linux
• Datadog experience is a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Collaborative, highly communicative in a remote setting, monitoring, dashboard configuration, experience in handling p1/p2 and incident mgmt.

Experience Level: Expert Level

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
