Job summary

CT19 is building a foundational SRE/production systems team within a growing quantum computing company in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes IT infrastructure, networking, and reliability to support a neutral-atom quantum computer's operation.

You will own monitoring, maintenance, deployment, upgrades and reliability across development and production environments, taking the SRE/operations function from ground up and collaborating across hardware and software domains.

The Opportunities

Join a growing quantum computing organisation where you will help integrate and maintain the hardware and software systems supporting advanced computing control systems and software platforms.

This is a foundational systems engineering position, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, networking, system reliability and operational stability across development and production environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining the infrastructure and systems that enable a neutral-atom quantum computer to operate reliably.

Take ownership of the reliability and operation of a quantum control stack within a young and growing quantum computing company.

This is a genuine 0→1 SRE opportunity. There is currently no established operations foundation, giving you the opportunity to build the SRE/operations function from scratch.

You will take ownership of areas including monitoring, maintenance, deployment, upgrades and reliability across development and production environments.
