Job summary

Experis is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our client’s Small Business Lending & Deposits support team in Charlotte, NC. The role centers on production health, incident response, and deployment support for digital banking applications used across the branch network.

You will strengthen monitoring and observability with dashboards and alerting solutions and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to drive modernization and reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong Site Reliability Engineering skills for production health and incident response.
• Experience with monitoring, observability tooling, and alerting strategies.
• Experience with OpenShift and containerization.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups focused on production health and support activities.
• Review overnight handoff from offshore team (India).

• Experience with infrastructure & platform engineering: production deployments, OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), containerization technologies
• Scripting proficiency: Python, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting
• Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools: Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code / Automation: Terraform, Ansible
