Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Site Reliability Operations Analyst to be the engine behind Palantir deployments, crafting and executing processes to streamline workflows, track and stabilize projects, and anticipate customer needs.

This role combines project management, process optimization, and execution; applicants should be comfortable solving problems and embracing the best idea, even if it isn’t their own.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel 25-75%, varies by location and team.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work on many different types of problems and challenges across deployments and pilots.
• Be the first responders when things go wrong and fix issues, escalating only when needed.
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable the team to focus on core work.
• Think creatively, collaborate, and go above and beyond to get the job done.
