Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site Quality Supervisor in California to help manage the site quality management system and align processes with customer requirements. You will develop documents and tools, lead internal audits, train staff on quality requirements, and support the Kenco Operating System implementation to drive continuous improvement.

The role involves investigating customer complaints, performing root-cause analyses, and collecting data to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, regulatory affairs experience (FDA, DEA, etc.) desired.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; ASQ certification preferred.
• ASQ CSSGB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance through training auditors and auditing processes.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues with root-cause and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement.

The Site Quality Supervisor will serve as a site leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the quality management system and serve as an educator to the existing operational personnel on quality management system requirements.
