The Jamar Company is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality performance on our industrial projects. You will be onsite quality leader, coordinating with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulators to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the site QMS, directing inspections, reviewing test plans, and driving continuous improvement.

You'll serve as the onsite quality leader, partnering with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory stakeholders to drive quality performance and project success.
In this role, you'll lead quality initiatives from planning through execution, oversee inspection and compliance activities, and help foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You'll work alongside experienced construction and operations professionals while providing technical leadership and guidance across all aspects of project quality.

Pay: $99,700 to $149,500 annual salary; dependent on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.

Location: On-site at project in Idaho Falls, ID
Travel: Frequent local, regional, and national travel will be required, up to 75%, based on project and business needs. Initial travel to the company's headquarters in Duluth, MN will also be required to support onboarding and provide an understanding of company operations, processes, and procedures.
