Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA seeks a Site Quality Manager in Dunmore, PA to lead the quality team and manage the QA program to meet QMS and GFSI standards. The role emphasizes safety, food safety, and quality, with HACCP training and Lean experience valued.

You will drive audits, CAPA, RCA, product release decisions, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams on launches and improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science or engineering with QA experience.
• 5+ years in food safety/quality assurance with HACCP training.
• Formal training in GFSI standards (preferably FSSC22000).
• Knowledge of SAP and MES in manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team to drive performance in Quality, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across site programs and controls.
• Manage customer, certification, regulatory, and internal audits; ensure corrective actions.
