Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Site Quality Liaison in a role that blends remote and on-site work across sites in the United States. You will oversee quality control across projects, plan resources by risk, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure strict adherence to standards.

You will develop inspection strategies, manage handovers and inspections, and drive corrective actions with external suppliers and third-party teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Quality Management.
• 8+ years in quality management, manufacturing quality, or related projects.
• 5+ years on complex industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Six Sigma, CQE, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications desirable.
• Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and third-party inspection teams.
• Experience in diverse, international, multicultural work settings.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and core management principles.
• Understanding of inspection lifecycle including testing, commissioning and site verification.
• Ability to interpret quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control functions for sites and projects to align with standards.
• Plan and coordinate QC resources, workloads, and site activities by risk and complexity.
• Provide mixed remote/onsite support; travel as necessary for reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, PM and external contractors.
• Develop and implement project-specific inspection strategies and test plans.
• Manage manufacturing handovers, incoming inspections, commissioning and closeout.
• Engage and report third-party quality service providers for projects.
• Escalate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions; support root cause investigations.
• Drive communication across stakeholders on site quality initiatives.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement; assist with audits and customer inspections.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance; perform additional tasks as needed.
