Job summary

Curia is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist III in Camarillo, CA. This role ensures quality systems are maintained and operates across Manufacturing, Project Management and other functions to prevent deviations and drive corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of GMP/QA experience in an FDA-regulated setting and strong communication skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of GMP/QA experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality systems and support cGMP compliance.
• Review batch records, QC data, and environmental monitoring for deviations.
• Assess CAPAs and change controls for impact and disposition batches.
• Approve protocols and executed validation docs.
• Interact with clients on manufacturing/documentation issues.
• Deliver training and develop QA metrics for management reviews.
• Prepare inspection-ready quality systems for audits.
• Participate in regulatory and client audits.
• Represent CURIA QA in immediate corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field

Minimum 5 years GMP/QA experience

Strong written and verbal communication
