Job summary

DuPont Multibase in Ohio seeks a Quality Leader to head the QA/QC laboratory team and guide the site’s quality management system. You will influence product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance while developing a high-performing team.

You will champion continuous improvement, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Global Quality to meet customer specifications and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA/QC laboratory team and oversee site quality systems.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 alignment and drive quality excellence.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications via controls, testing, release, and complaint handling.
• Develop and deploy quality planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate key quality metrics across the site.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and root-cause analysis.
• Support yield improvement, process optimization, and prevention of recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams.
• Represent the site in audits with customers, suppliers, and regulators.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Develop Talent Inspire, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and laboratory staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and open communication.
• Drive employee development through performance management, career planning, and regular feedback.
• Drive Quality Excellence Lead, maintain, and continually improve the site Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through effective quality controls, testing, release processes, and complaint management.
• Develop and deploy quality planning strategies that advance business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Establish, monitor, analyze, and communicate key quality performance metrics.
• Champion Continuous Improvement Lead troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support yield improvement, process optimization and prevention of recurring quality issues.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities to improve products, manufacturing processes, and business systems.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions that strengthen performance and prevent recurrence.
• Partner Across the Business Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable quality strategies and site capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to support quality initiatives and operational excellence.
• Represent the Site Externally Serve as the primary customer contact for escalated quality issues.
• Lead customer, supplier, and ISO certification audits.
• Represent the site with customers, regulatory agencies, governing bodies, and DuPont business leadership.
