Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Leader in Reynoldsburg, OH to oversee quality services and support missions at the site. You will provide leadership and guidance to personnel, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere while upholding company and customer guidelines.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage client relationships, set up missions, staff inspectors, train personnel, and perform audits to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency and Outlook.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions.
• Staffing of missions.
• Training and validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
