Job summary

The Five-S Group is seeking a Site Quality Control Inspector to support our field teams on multiple projects in Louisiana. This role involves hands-on sampling, quick decision making, and meticulous documentation.

You will ensure materials and earthwork meet project plans and specifications, work with the QC Team, Materials Manager, Superintendents, and Operations, and coordinate with third‑party laboratories for sampling and testing. Frequent travel to site locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that construction materials and earthwork activities meet the requirements outlined in project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team, Materials Manager, Superintendents, and Operations on each project.
• Coordinate with third party testing laboratories to ensure proper sampling methods and testing procedures are followed.
• Travel to different project locations and maintain detailed documentation and clear communication.

Job Summary

The Five-S Group is looking to add a Site Quality Control Inspector to our team. This individual will work closely with the Quality Control Team, Materials Manager, Superintendents, and Operations team for each project assigned ensuring that construction materials and earthwork activities meet the requirements outlined in the project plans and specifications. The Site Quality Control Inspector will also work closely with third party testing laboratories to ensure proper sampling methods and testing procedures are followed. This is a full-time position that will require physical material sampling, quick decision making, detailed documentation, and excellent communication skills and travel to different project locations.
