Responsibilities

• Present property and sample apartments to prospective residents.
• Process applicants and prepare paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes.
• Enforce lease terms and coordinate with compliance.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and other income; prepare receipts and deposits.
• Market property in line with the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing plan.
• Ensure turnover units are ready for occupancy within five days.
• Handle evictions with required documentation and hearings.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
