Job summary

B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. is seeking a Small Site Project Manager for the Manheim location. The role focuses on managing projects, directing site supervisors, coordinating with Operations, Safety, Estimating, and other departments to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.

Qualifications

• 5 Years Experience in Site Construction or 2 Years Experience as excavating Project Manager.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction, invoice customers, negotiate change orders
• Direct site supervisors to ensure timely, productive, quality and cost-effective management of projects
• Purchase materials, schedule equipment, manpower and subcontractors
• Monitor and maintain schedule reports for work in progress and backlog
• Prepare monthly cost-to-completes for each project and post-mortems at completion of projects
• Communicate and effectively work with other Departments including Operations, Safety, Site Excavating, Paving, Concrete and Estimating
• Understand and use Critical Path Management
