IK Systems is seeking a Site Project Manager for Hawesville, KY. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate field activities, and manage productivity across active streams at the project site.
Expect nationwide travel as needed and collaboration with the Site Superintendent to ensure safety and schedule alignment. The role emphasizes field leadership, coordination with GC and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specs and OSHA standards.
The Site Project Manager (Site PM) is a site-dedicated leadership role responsible for the successful execution of all IK Systems work at an assigned job site across multiple states. This role is embedded on-site and, in direct partnership with the IK Systems Site Superintendent, is accountable for running the project day to day. The Site PM reports to the Director of PMO, who provides oversight, support, and escalation. This is a construction management-focused role that may require nationwide travel more than 50% of the time.
