Overview

Job Title: Site Program Manager
Status: Full Time, Exempt

Location: Milpitas USD

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Manage successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
  2. Ensure all program activities operate consistently and ethically within Think Together's mission and values, aligning with the four core agreements: 1) Be responsible 2) Be respectful 3) Be safe 4) Have fun.
  3. Monitor and assess the success of the program, including participation, activity quality, behavior, and student achievement for continuous improvement. Responsible for providing a positive student experience.
  4. Implement all program design and expectations, including a comprehensive curriculum that promotes academic success.
  5. Train and coach staff on routines, procedures, and program design, providing necessary materials and ensuring student engagement.
  6. Supervise and train site team on instructional practices, providing ongoing coaching.
  7. Create a positive work environment and team ethic.
  8. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, implementing safety policies and reporting incidents.
  9. Recruit, supervise, train, discipline, and terminate staff as needed.
  10. Ensure sustainability of funding sources by meeting set goals.
  11. Maintain accurate student enrollment and attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  12. Maintain operational records and follow reporting procedures.
  13. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Meet performance metrics and deliverables.
  15. Implement student assessments for program improvement.
  16. Collaborate with school staff to align goals and initiatives.
  17. Communicate regularly with school administrators, staff, and parents about program activities.
  18. Foster open communication and effective relationships with stakeholders.
  19. Manage site budgets and approve staff timecards.
  20. Implement HR policies and attend meetings and training as required.
  21. Meet all deadlines and manage other program-related requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • Level 1: Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-2+ years in youth programs; 1+ year supervisory experience required.
  • Level 2: Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3+ years in youth programs; 2+ years supervisory experience required.
  • Level 3: Bachelor's degree required; 4-5+ years in youth programs; 3+ years supervisory experience required.

Additional requirements include classroom experience, strong communication skills, program management skills, bilingual ability (Spanish) may be a plus, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, TB clearance, and background check clearance.

Compensation: $76,700.00/year
