Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is hiring a Site Prep Associate to support home placement and site preparation activities. You will perform grading, drainage improvements, and operate site machinery to prepare locations for delivery and installation.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate site findings to project teams. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating construction, grading, or site preparation equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic grading, drainage, and excavation practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

When You’ll Be Doing It

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay: $18.00/hr+ based on experience
