Job summary

Umicore Belgium in Pasadena, TX is seeking an experienced professional to support E&T Operations, executing tasks and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

You will maintain records, identify issues, support stakeholder requests, and guide peers on procedures while coordinating day‑to‑day priorities and audits. This role offers a path to grow within a global materials and recycling leader.

Responsibilities

• Executes assigned tasks in E&T Operations following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
• Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
• Recognizes issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
• Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Leads, coaches or guides employees or peers on procedures and tools, coordinating day‑to‑day priorities when required.
• Acts as a subject‑matter advisor for complex or exception cases, ensuring compliance during audits or inspections.
• Guides a professional approach regarding Issue/Risk/deviation, documents and guarantees sustainability via the right actions
