Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Site Operations Technician for our Bellevue, ID location. This hands-on role supports daily site operations by safely operating equipment, monitoring systems, and performing quality checks to ensure product integrity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in industrial or manufacturing settings, experience with mobile equipment like forklifts, and strong communication skills.

In this hands-on role with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support daily site operations by safely operating equipment, monitoring and adjusting systems, performing quality checks, and helping ensure our operations run safely and efficiently.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to equipment and operating systems.

• Safely operate mobile equipment and machinery, including forklifts and other site equipment.
• Assist with daily site and production activities to keep operations running efficiently.
• Perform general site maintenance, cleanup, shoveling, sweeping, and other duties as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and operational goals.

About You

We Require:
