Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations to lead the warehouse daily operations, ensure safety, quality and on-time fulfillment.

This role combines people leadership with hands-on operations to meet customer commitments. You'll hire, coach and evaluate staff, align schedules, oversee inventory control, and partner with HR and maintenance teams to sustain high performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to ensure safe, clean, efficient warehouse performance.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments.
• Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and utilization.
• Uphold 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures.
• Manage stock levels and supply of materials.
• Meet contract metrics and drive operational efficiency.
• Uphold quality management procedures across functions.
• Focus on productivity, quality and safety to meet customer needs.
