Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain and 5+ years in management, with Lean Six Sigma knowledge and WMS experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, with strong focus on productivity and contract metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution environments.
• 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is a plus.
• WMS experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and HR practices (P&L) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities to ensure safe, clean, efficient site operation.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments; manage time and attendance.
• Ensure equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Maintain 7S Workplace Organization; ensure safety procedures followed.
• Partner to manage stock levels and fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to contract metrics and quality standards.
• Drive productivity, quality and safety in line with company needs.
