The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in operations/logistics, 7+ years of logistics experience, 3+ years in DoD leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus on operations management/logistics
• Minimum 7+ years in physical logistics or leading analytical teams
• 3+ years of DoD leadership experience and a valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee logistics operations supporting AMCOM readiness missions
• Develop and monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Ensure safety protocols and site security requirements are met
