Solution One Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead logistics operations in support of AMCOM SCMD readiness missions. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including forecasting, planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and analytics, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in KPI development and multi-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics and Transportation or Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of physical logistics experience or leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and DoD leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure successful contract execution.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, maintenance programs, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage subcontractors, ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with contract obligations.
