Role and Responsibilities:

We seek experienced candidates to lead our Transportation team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding business issues and challenges in Transportation operations; identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Mapping business requirements, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and preparing functional specifications.
  • Developing performance metrics, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to enhance Customer Experience.
  • Applying industry best practices to solve business problems.
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs for performance improvement, cycle time reduction, delivery experience enhancement, and financial auditing.

Additional responsibilities may include developing standard operating procedures, setting operational goals, strategic planning, leading teams of analysts and managers, and driving process improvements.

Demonstrated Abilities:

Ideal candidates are analytical, passionate about operations, and thrive in driving change and building organizations. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking are essential. Candidates should have:

  • At least 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience with Amazon (blue badge/FTE).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, or holidays.
  • At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
