Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to own end-to-end operation, maintenance, and service execution of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell installations at customer sites.

You will ensure safe, reliable operation of the Bloom Energy Server and coordinate with Remote Monitoring, Engineering, Field Service, and Fulfillment teams to meet uptime, efficiency, SLA, and contractual commitments. As the site’s single operational owner, you will lead daily O&M routines, performance monitoring, safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations
• 10–15 years in plant operations or industrial O&M
• Understanding of electromechanical, thermal and control systems
• Experience in site operations and vendor management
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and data
• Experience leading managers across regions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner for the O&M site.
• Lead daily O&M routines, inspections, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Remote Monitoring, Engineering, Field Service, and Fulfillment teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with EHS requirements.
• Maintain site performance, uptime, and adherence to SLA.
• Submit weekly and monthly site performance reports.
