Lazer Logistics is seeking a Site Manager to lead Field Operations at a customer site, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high service standards through strong people leadership, training, hiring, mentoring, and enforcing safety and accountability.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, aligning logistics activities with internal and external partners, translating goals into execution, developing high-performing teams, and delivering safety, service, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing field operations teams.
• Strong focus on safety and accountability.
• Experience in logistics and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the Regional Manager and Regional Director.
• Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Train and manage drivers and site-level staff.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, team building, and mentoring of drivers and site-level staff.
• Attend customer meetings and build relationships with that customer.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers.
• Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service.
• Be a leader by example and live our overall purpose and core values.
• Promote a business partner and ownership mindset to prioritize customer service excellence, adoption and resilience to change and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up to date awareness of industry regulations and market trends to ensure compliance requirements and competitive presence/advantage.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.
