Sitemetric seeks a Site Logistics Leader, Site Operations, based in New Florence, MO. You will lead onsite workflows, align with owners, general contractors, and workers, and deliver exceptional value while maintaining safety, security, and quality across projects.

The role requires close collaboration with customers and Sitemetric teams, travel across the United States may be needed, and flexibility in work hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery at project and enterprise levels to ensure the highest levels of customer value and experience, communicating priorities to onsite staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and workers while ensuring safety and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand evolving needs and expand Sitemetric services to increase value.
