Sitemetric is seeking a Site Logistics Leader, Site Operations, to drive on-site workflows and ensure exceptional customer value across construction environments. You will lead stakeholder alignment, safety, and quality while delivering tailored services for owners, contractors, and workers.

The role requires a bold, self-starting leader who thrives in fast-growing, customer-centric settings and is willing to travel to job sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead successful project teams and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and others).
• Creative, results-oriented, responsive, and operates with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to excel both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate complex business issues and propose resolutions clearly.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of operations, using domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee how all Sitemetric services are deployed and executed at the project and enterprise levels to deliver high customer value and experience.
• Interact with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and workers to align priorities and ensure safety, security, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand evolving problems and expand Sitemetric services to solve them at scale.
