Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a related field
• Proficient use of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Forklift experience preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse/production team for the Lyndonville location
• Order and track inventory of production and equipment parts
• Assist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all warehouse staff
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment
• Ensure SH&E compliance at the location
• Assemble customer orders and load/unload bulk products
• Plan and develop policies and procedures and ensure team adherence
• Report safety concerns to the branch manager
