Justrite Safety Group in Colorado and Pennsylvania seeks a Director of Operations to lead site operations, drive LEAN excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets across two sites. You will oversee manufacturing, engineering, planning, maintenance, and EHS, partnering with HR and finance to align site performance with corporate goals.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, foster a safety-first culture, and report to the COO.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• LEAN leadership and cultural transformation experience.
• Exposure to RIM, rigid and integral skin foam, and open cast molding.
• Strong understanding of cost systems, production planning, quality, maintenance, and safety programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and develop future leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all site operations ensuring performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Oversee and develop direct reports across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality.
• Establish short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and sales forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, throughput, and service levels.
• Champion LEAN manufacturing principles and culture across all departments.
• Drive standardization, waste elimination, and process improvement through engagement at every level.
• Lead kaizen events and ensure visual management and accountability systems are in place.
• Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
