Job summary

HOKALI, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites. You will supervise staff, support students, and serve as the primary contact for school partners, ensuring engaging, safe programming aligned with our mission.

The role focuses on on-site programming, staff mentorship, and operational excellence with a clear growth path within operations leadership and a mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

Responsibilities

• Program design and mission alignment reflecting Hokali’s core values.
• Oversee site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation, while managing budgets and records.
• Supervise and train instructors; act as main contact for school partners and report performance to Area Manager.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across sites.
