Job summary

HOKALI, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites in California.

You will oversee on-site programming, supervise instructors, support students, and be the main point of contact for school partners. The role emphasizes design of engaging curricula aligned with HOKALI’s values, exceptional organization, and strong leadership to coordinate scheduling, transportation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site programming and supervise staff.
• Support students and serve as main contact for school partners.
• Manage site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation.
• Maintain records (attendance, progress, incident reports) and budgets.
