Role Overview

We are hiring for our pre-season at California's Great America! We seek a friendly and enthusiastic Site Operations Arcade Lead to ensure smooth operation of our entertainment venue. Your responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, maintaining equipment, motivating team members, guiding guests, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and execution.
  2. Maintain arcade games, locker systems, and mobility equipment in proper working condition.
  3. Inspire, motivate, and train team members to deliver excellent guest service.
  4. Manage team workflow, delegate tasks, and act as the point of contact in the absence of the manager.
  5. Guide guests, explaining game rules, controls, and strategies.
  6. Keep the area clean and organized to create an inviting atmosphere.
  7. Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked and guide guests through prizes.
  8. Follow all venue policies and procedures to maintain safety and enjoyment.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Weekend availability is required; more hours may be available based on performance and schedule.
  • Basic computer skills.
