Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Associate to support the Lifestyle digital business. You will execute digital content, maintain site accuracy, and deliver assets on time, reporting to the Senior Manager, Site Operations.

JOB MISSION:

The Site Operations Team is responsible for operational execution and excellence across NewBalance.com and NewBalance.ca, ensuring a consistent, consumer-first digital experience. The Site Operations Associate will focus specifically on the Lifestyle business by executing digital content, maintaining site accuracy, and delivering site assets on time. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Partner with Global Creative and Site Experience Teams to implement onsite marketing content

Conduct QA to ensure all site execution meets quality and brand standards

Create, manage and apply dynamic categorization rules to organize products logically and intuitively across the site

Optimize search results and Product Grouping Pages (PGPs) by refining sort order, filters, and attributes

St. Louis, MO Only Pay Range: $61,900.00 - $79,400.00 - $96,900.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
